Employment Law & Industrial Relations Masterclass (Petaling Jaya)
IF COMPLIANCE IS EXPENSIVE, TRY NON-COMPLIANCE
Description
Employment Law & Industrial Relations Masterclass
FIRST OF ALL: THIS IS NOT A BEGINNER'S HR COURSE
We don't simply fill seats for the sake of filling a room.
The Masterclass is intensive, interactive, and designed for participants who already have some exposure to HR, Employment Law and/or Industrial Relations.
Why?
Because the learning goes beyond the basics. The Masterclass goes beyond introducing the Employment Act or explaining basic HR processes. It is designed for participants who already have some practical exposure and are ready to deepen their understanding and sharpen their judgement.
If you are relatively new to HR or still building your fundamentals, you may find the depth and pace of this Masterclass more advanced than what you currently need.
Module Overview

Managing HR in an organisation is vital to ensure business goals and objectives are met. The HR department is entrusted with leading and managing evolving HR topics. To achieve this objective, an inclusive operating climate is necessary. As such, line managers or people managers must be enlisted and trained to manage people effectively.
