Module Overview
This 1-day training workshop equips participants with practical knowledge and skills to handle unresolved industrial relations (IR) disputes and employee dismissal cases. Participants will learn how to navigate conciliation meetings at the IR Department, manage stakeholders including IR Officers, and prepare the necessary documentation for both conciliation and Industrial Court proceedings.
The programme covers trade disputes arising from collective agreement negotiations, employee terminations due to performance, redundancy, misconduct, or other employment issues. Participants will gain competence in organizing company documents, managing witnesses, and coordinating with legal representatives for Industrial Court cases, from pre-trial procedures to trial and the final Court Award.
