  1. Deconstruct the "Anatomy of HR" through prominent models to align workforce management directly with Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and global ESG standards. 

  1. Analyze the 3 Pillars of People Risk (Capability, Culture, and Compliance) and establish their direct correlation to long-term organizational sustainability. 

  1. Overview of a 5-Step Implementation Roadmap to establish a joint HR-Risk governance bridge and communicate quantified risk upward to executive boards.

Module 1: Foundations of Risk & The Human Element 

  • The Modern ESG Landscape: Evaluating the rise of the "Social" and "Governance" pillars in driving enterprise valuation and market confidence. 

  • The Three Lines of Defense (3LoD) & Its Fatal Flaw: Why rigid governance models break when confronted with toxic cultures, burnout, and psychological safety breakdown. 

 

Module 2: Setting the Scene – Defining & Scaling People Risk Appetite 

  • Defining Human Capital Risk Appetite: Setting operational guardrails (Zero Tolerance for compliance breaches vs. High Tolerance for creative experimentation).

  • Predictive Leading KRIs: Replacing lagging indicators (turnover) with forward-looking Key Risk Indicators (psychological safety silence, training mastery decay, grievance cycle-times).
