Dato' Dr Lim Weng Khuan
Former Investigating Officer from the Royal Malaysia Police’s Commercial Crimes Division, with over 32 years of experience in Human Resources and Industrial Relations. He has held key roles in top companies like Maybank, Lion Group, Hong Leong, F&N, HSBC, and Tan Chong Group. He has served 7 terms as an Industrial Court Panel member (employers), 3 terms on the MEF Council, and 6 years on the National Labour Advisory Council (NLAC). His last role was as Regional Director of PR, Security & Strategic HR for TCIE Vietnam. A seasoned trainer, he has trained over 3,000 employees from more than 1,500 companies on Malaysian employment laws and HR strategy topics.
Sulaiman Husin
25 years of experience in HR across various industries, including telecommunication, banking, and manufacturing, this individual has managed transformation projects, such as those for Labuan FSA since 2011. They have also led HRMIS project change management and Learning & Development at Irshad Consulting from 2001 to 2005. Previously serving as Head of HR/Internal Consultant for Labuan FSA, they now lead consulting projects, including business coaching for State Economic Development Corporation subsidiaries to develop high-performance organizations.
