He has served 7 terms as an Industrial Court Panel member (employers), 3 terms on the MEF Council, and 6 years on the National Labour Advisory Council (NLAC). His last role was as Regional Director of PR, Security & Strategic HR for TCIE Vietnam. A seasoned trainer, he has trained over 3,000 employees from more than 1,500 companies on Malaysian employment laws and HR strategy topics.
