Introduction

Welcome to Malaysia HR Forum's training programmes. By registering for our training sessions, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

Registration and Payment

• Registration for training programmes must be completed online through our website or via our authorized representatives. • Full payment must be made prior to the training date to confirm participation. • All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to an 8% Sales and Service Tax (SST). • Where applicable, a 4% HRD Corp Levy will be imposed on HRD Corp-registered employers. • Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other payment methods specified on our website.

HRD Corp Claims (Applicable for HRD Corp-Registered Employers)

• Employers intending to claim the training fee through HRD Corp must submit the required documents for approval before training commencement. • Approval from HRD Corp is the responsibility of the employer. • The participant or employer must bear any fees not covered by HRD Corp.

Cancellation, Postponement, and Refund Policy

• Cancellation by Participants: o Malaysia HR Forum does not provide refunds for cancellations or deferments of any paid programme. o Substitutions are not allowed for any paid programmes. • Cancellation by Malaysia HR Forum: o Malaysia HR Forum reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any training due to unforeseen circumstances. o In the event of cancellation by Malaysia HR Forum, a full refund will be provided, or an alternative session will be offered.

Training Materials and Intellectual Property

• All training materials, including slides, handouts, and other resources, are the intellectual property of Malaysia HR Forum. • Participants may use the materials for personal learning but are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or share them without prior written consent. • Training sessions may be recorded and monitored. Malaysia HR Forum reserves the right to publish complete recordings or edited highlights. Participants agree that all property rights in public sessions belong exclusively to the Malaysia HR Forum.

Our Trainers and Coaches

• Malaysia HR Forum carefully selects and trains its trainers and coaches. • We appreciate feedback on our trainers—both positive and constructive—so we can continue to improve our services.

Code of Conduct

• Participants must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during training sessions. • Malaysia HR Forum reserves the right to remove any participant displaying inappropriate or disruptive behaviour.

Exclusion and Limitation of Liability

• Malaysia HR Forum is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in training programmes. • Malaysia HR Forum makes no guarantees on specific outcomes resulting from training or any of our services. • Any personal liability of Malaysia HR Forum’s directors, partners, employees, agents, or subcontractors arising from consultancy services is expressly excluded. • Malaysia HR Forum shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of anticipated profits, goodwill, business receipts, or third-party claims. • Our total liability, whether for negligence, breach of contract, or otherwise, shall not exceed the cost of the services provided.

Data Protection and Privacy

• By registering, participants consent to the Malaysia HR Forum collecting and using their personal information for training administration purposes. • Personal data will be handled in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

• Malaysia HR Forum reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. • Any changes will be updated on our website, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Disclaimer

• Advice and documentation provided by Malaysia HR Forum are intended to support, supplement, and guide participants but do not guarantee specific results. • While we are confident in our processes and expertise, final outcomes depend on the participant’s engagement and effort.

Complaints Procedure

• Malaysia HR Forum strives to meet or exceed expectations. • Any complaints about our services must be submitted in writing without delay.

Force Majeure

• Malaysia HR Forum will not be liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control.

Applicable Law

• All services provided by Malaysia HR Forum shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
